I usually don't change the sheets till the pattern wears off. Remember the good old days when you could buy an ounce of pot for 20 bucks. If you bough enough of it I suppose you wouldn't remember the good old days.
You said edge, not ledge? What is over the edge? I know I could use them during the football and baseball playoffs. My mother was a nurse and during the 76 playoffs between the Yankees and Kansas City, I was watching the games back in NJ, with Larry David and Chris Albrecht (he used to manage the Improv and later was the CEO of HBO and now the CEO of Starz) and my mother gave us all valium we were such wrecks.
Finding the right medication is at times trial and error and than can result in being over medicated. Getting to the point where a doctor can prescribe the drugs that should be legal is totally another thing. It should be legal to inhale drugs and be illegal to make us inhale toxic air.
I say no to drugs because I can't afford them....
ReplyDeleteThe last one makes me giggle!

DeleteSome days it's not worth getting out of bed, let alone change the sheets. Those are the days that require being overmedicated!
ReplyDeleteWith the effort it takes to get out of bed some mornings it be nice to be over medicated and have an excuse to stay in bed.
ReplyDeleteYou're right. Or take enough drugs that you fall back into bed after you change the sheets
DeleteI do herbs instead of drugs. LOL not the funky ones either.
ReplyDeleteWhat herbs do you use? And what for? I really believe that the western world under appreciates their value.
DeleteI prefer to be over medicated enough to be just over the edge.

DeleteI really like the second one. I feel the same way, except I hate my life.
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday nonetheless.

I hate your life also. Just kidding. I don't hate my life I just don't want to be around when it ends.
DeleteI think there's a lot to be said to being over medicated; its just convincing the doctors of it to get them to write prescriptions for the good drugs.
ReplyDeletebetty
