Insult to Elephants

The way the Republican party is acting it's like the death rattle of a dying elephant.

Republican is (becoming) just another word for nothing left to loose.

When women see me it's never been matter of sexual preference, it's been a matter of sexual indifference.

If God was a network executive he would have created the world in six days and on the seventh he would have cancelled it.

  3. To me sex is very special and should never be shared with anyone. Not really, but it make me feel like I'm in control of something in my life besides begging.

    1. We have a two party system and both of them have been acting like their bachelor parties. I think you're right but at the moment the Republican's have edge of ridiculousness. Unfortunately the pendulum eventually swings both ways.

  5. American politics is very tiring, especially if you don't even live there and get blasted with it.

    1. Yes, I get tired of it myself. Depressed when I think I have to actually vote for some of these people. I look forward to the day when America doesn't think it's the center of the world.

  6. I came over from Pat's blog; I have to say I loved your humor (I'm hopeful it was humor) in this blog. Glad God didn't cancel the world after 7 days; we wouldn't be here and while living can be a bit hard at times, I'm glad I had the chance to do it :)

    1. Living is something I look forward to doing someday. Right now I'll settle for existing. Ok, I'm joking. Thanks for the compliments. Pat's been a big help and seems to be a great guy. Far too good to be my friend.

  7. I choose to be straight. I simply don't have the hair or the abs to be a gay man.

    1. Thank you. Helpless is good in comedy if you can control it. Does that make sense? Pat's been helping me out, he's done a hell of job bringing into the 21st Century. Again, Thanks.

  10. I'm a republican....and I don't feel the least bit dead or desperate. :)

...came from Pat's blog to say hello.

  11. I'm a democrat but I root for the Republicans to become a more inclusive party. I like Jon Huntsman (did I spell that right) and some of the more moderate voices, like Bob Dole and even Jack Kemp were. They knew how to compromise to get things done. The Dems need more guys like Tip O'neill (two L's who would have thought). Enough politics! I'll stop. Hey, saying hello is nice no matter what our political affiliations are. Hello back. Thanks for taking time out to look at my blog and saying "hello."

    1. haha...you're welcome. Yeah, compromise is a good thing....on both sides. I'd like to see some spending cuts to balance out the new taxes...stuff like that. :) Speaking of inclusive, it would be fun to see democratic jokes along with the republican ones! Welcome to the blogs...it's fun...but then you probably have already figured that out!

    2. Hi, just noticed your reply. More than anything what we need is elected officials who care more about their country than getting reelected. Both sides are very much at fault. It's funny I'm not so much for spending cuts, as I am afraid of them (if the wrongs ones are made) They tried it in Europe and it plunged them into recession. I think we need to spend more on the right stuff like infrastructure, grow the economy and once that is done, and people are working, then cutting becomes less dangerous and works better. Actually what we should do is cut Congresses perks and let them live like the rest of us. Oh, I was out celebrating my birthday so I'm in need of coffee. So I apologize for probably saying nothing that made sense. I really appreciate your voicing your opinion in a thoughtful non confrontation way. We should all communicate that way. John
